Return & Refund Policy

When can I request a return or replacement?

We will review requests for products that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the product ordered.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

7-day claim window

Any claim for a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

What we need from you

To help us verify the issue, please provide:

• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened.
• Clear photographs of the product and the issue or defect.
• Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label.
• Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for all damage or defect claims. If the issue cannot be verified, a replacement or refund may not be possible.

Wrong size or change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges because the wrong size was selected, the fit was not as expected, or you changed your mind after placing the order.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the garment measurements before making your selection.

Size and measurement variations

Small variations in garment measurements may occur during manufacturing. A measurement tolerance of approximately ±0.5 inches is considered normal for apparel and is not, by itself, considered a manufacturing defect.

Damaged packages

If your package appears visibly damaged when it arrives, please document the condition of the package before opening it.

If possible, mention the damage to the delivery partner at the time of delivery and keep the packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Review and resolution

Once we receive your claim and supporting information, we will review the issue with our fulfilment and production partners.

If the claim is approved, we may provide a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the resolution available.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for eligible and approved claims. Where a refund is approved, we will process it using the applicable payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Undelivered and returned orders

Orders may be returned to our fulfilment partner when delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incomplete address, incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or other delivery issues.

If an order is returned because of incorrect information or circumstances attributable to the customer, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

If a returned order can be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Orders lost in transit

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the delivery partner, we will work with our fulfilment partner to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production or processing.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
